Stoicism
Curated example faceless packages for stoic mindset shorts: control-circle hooks, spoken scripts, and thumbnail prompts. Authored samples, not live output.
These are curated example packages, not output from a generation run.
Hook patterns
- If your mood depends on X, you handed them the remote.
- Two circles: what you control, and everything else.
- Ask out loud: is this inside my circle?
Example idea packages
Example
Control the circle, ignore the storm
- Hook
- If your mood depends on the news, traffic, and other people’s opinions, you handed them the remote.
- Script
- If your mood depends on the news, traffic, and other people’s opinions, you handed them the remote. The Stoics drew two circles: what you control, and everything else. Inside: your effort, your words, your next choice. Outside: weather, algorithms, someone else’s mood, the past. When frustration hits, ask one question out loud: is this inside my circle? If yes, take one action in five minutes. If no, name it and return to the next task you own.
- Thumbnail prompt
- Minimal stone texture, concentric circles, serif headline “INSIDE / OUTSIDE”, warm ember light, faceless, 9:16
- Why it works
- A visual metaphor plus a spoken question gives the viewer a tool they can reuse the same day.
Example
Premeditate the annoying Tuesday
- Hook
- Hope is not a plan. The Stoics rehearsed the bad day before it arrived.
- Script
- Hope is not a plan. The Stoics rehearsed the bad day before it arrived. Tonight, name three frictions that usually wreck tomorrow: a late message, a delay, a rude comment. For each one, write the first sentence you will say to yourself. Not a speech. One sentence. In the morning, you are not surprised, so you waste less fuel. This is not pessimism. It is packing a jacket when the sky looks like rain.
- Thumbnail prompt
- Simple list of three lines on textured paper, title “PREMEDITATE”, muted earth tones, no people, 9:16
- Why it works
- It turns an abstract philosophy word into a three-item evening ritual that films in one take.
Example
The evening audit that takes four minutes
- Hook
- You do not need a journal habit. You need three honest answers before sleep.
- Script
- You do not need a journal habit. You need three honest answers before sleep. What did I control today? Where did I spend energy outside the circle? What is the one repair I will make tomorrow morning? Write them in a notes app or on a card. No essays. The point is to close the day so it does not follow you into bed. Do it once tonight. If it helps, keep the same three questions all week.
- Thumbnail prompt
- Bedside card and pen, low warm light, text “3 QUESTIONS”, quiet grain, faceless, 9:16
- Why it works
- A fixed three-question loop is easy to remember on camera and easy for the viewer to copy.
