1. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account details such as email address and display name
• Authentication data needed to keep you signed in
• Generation inputs (niche, audience, tone, length) and resulting ideas you create or save
• Plan, usage counters, and billing metadata (e.g. Stripe customer/subscription IDs)
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request metadata for security and reliability

2. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve Batchideo features
• Authenticate users and enforce plan limits
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• Generate ideas and scripts using Batchideo's server-side AI providers (currently OpenRouter). You do not configure API keys.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and secure the service
• Respond to support requests

3. AI and media providers

To produce your content, relevant inputs are sent to the processors that actually run Batchideo today: Hostinger (hosting), Stripe (payments), Better Auth (sign-in), OpenRouter (idea and script generation), Microsoft Edge TTS for voiceover with ElevenLabs when that provider is configured, Shotstack (video render), and stock-footage providers (Pexels and Pixabay) for B-roll. If you connect YouTube, we use Google OAuth and the YouTube APIs to publish and read analytics you authorize. TikTok and Meta/Instagram processors are used only after those apps are approved — they are not a live in-app publish path today. Only the data needed for the requested action is shared. Do not submit sensitive personal data in niches, scripts, or other generation fields.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Batchideo (hosting, database, authentication, payments, AI APIs), or when required by law.

5. Retention

We retain account and generation data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. You can export your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Account Settings, or request deletion by emailing support@batchideo.com.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can update account details, cancel a paid plan through billing management when available, download a copy of your data, and delete your account — all from Account Settings. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
