Terms of Service

1. Service

Batchideo provides AI-assisted short-form video idea generation for faceless content creators. Ideas, scripts, and prompts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for complying with platform rules (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

Batchideo runs on a credit model. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance for idea generation. Create video uses included monthly render slots first; after those, renders spend purchased pack credits only — the monthly grant cannot pay for a render. The credit cost of each action is shown before you confirm it. Monthly idea credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over; separately purchased top-up credit packs do not expire. Previewing, browsing, and editing do not consume credits, and a failed generation is not charged. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Credit costs, allowances, and plan features may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Batchideo to generate illegal, abusive, or infringing content; to abuse rate limits; or to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property and AI-generated content

You retain rights to the niches and inputs you provide. Subject to your plan and to your account being in good standing, you may use the ideas, scripts, thumbnails, and rendered videos you generate with Batchideo — including for commercial purposes. Batchideo claims no ownership of your generated content, but retains rights to the product, branding, and underlying systems. AI-generated material may be non-unique and is provided without warranty of originality; you are responsible for reviewing it for third-party rights before publishing.

Voiceovers are produced using ElevenLabs voices. Your right to use generated audio is subject to the ElevenLabs Terms of Service, and you agree not to use the voices to impersonate a real person or in any manner those terms prohibit. Stock footage used in renders is provided under its source license (e.g. Pexels, Pixabay); your use of a finished video must comply with the applicable stock and platform licenses.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee specific views, revenue, or ranking outcomes from generated ideas.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batchideo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
